Crown Pearl Goals

About This Program

You can submit your Month of Brotherhood Crown Pearl goals by May 31, 2025.

In an effort to align with the Crown Pearl Goals initiative that our Active membership is completing and to continue Striving for the Highest as alumni, we are excited to present the Kappa Kappa Psi Alumni Association Crown Pearl Goals! This initiative aims to enhance our membership’s engagement experience with Kappa Kappa Psi.


Brotherhood is the bond developed through connection, trust, and support. Through shared experiences and initiatives, we embrace the diversity and unique attributes that each of us brings to the fraternity. Our dedication, passion, and enthusiasm for Kappa Kappa Psi is everlasting and something that we cherish. We rely on Brotherhood as we continue our journey as alumni. Together we can embrace opportunities, strengthen our bonds, and strive for a brighter future for Kappa Kappa Psi.


Brotherhood is lifelong, and as Alumni Members, we continue to shape and strengthen Kappa Kappa Psi through reconnection, support, and fellowship. During the National Month of Brotherhood, we encourage you to set a goal to engage in at least 10 or more of these Alumni Crown Pearl Goals:

Reengage & Reconnect

The goals of "Reengage & Reconnect" focus on strengthening bonds within Kappa Kappa Psi by encouraging brothers to express gratitude, amplify fraternity messages, engage in meaningful discussions, share personal journeys, and participate in national events to foster continued connection and growth.

  1. Reach out to an Alumni or Active Brother who has supported you and thank them for their influence.

  2. Share your favorite social media post from a National, District, or Chapter account to amplify the message of Brotherhood.

  3. Invite a Brother to join the Alumni Association.

  4. Record your own #MyKKPsiJourney video to share your story and how Kappa Kappa Psi has been a positive force in your life.

  5. Register to attend the 2025 National Convention and reconnect with Brothers nationwide.

Support & Uplift

The goals focus on supporting and uplifting active members, future leaders, and young musicians by providing financial assistance, sharing knowledge and experiences, and actively engaging in music and Brotherhood-related service.

  1. Sponsor an Active member’s registration fee to a District or National Convention to support their leadership and fraternal growth.

  2. Donate to a Kappa Kappa Psi or music-related scholarship fund to help support future leaders in music.

  3. Sign up for the Kappa Kappa Psi Alumni Association Mentorship Program.

  4. Send a note of encouragement to your Chapter through their Alumni Relations Officer.

  5. Share, post, or promote the Intercollegiate Jazz Band/Jazz Composition Competition

Celebrate Brotherhood & Fellowship

The goals focus on celebrating brotherhood and fellowship by encouraging alumni to engage with live music, reconnect with fellow Brothers through gatherings, share meaningful musical experiences, and strengthen alumni connections within Kappa Kappa Psi.

  1. Reconnect with a Brother you haven’t talked with in a while.

  2. Fellowship with at least one Brother to go out to dinner, have a virtual dinner together, or another activity. This can also be done at a District Convention.

  3. Create a playlist of meaningful songs or pieces from your time in Kappa Kappa Psi and share it with other alumni.

  4. Attend a District Convention or post about one you attended last month in March.

  5. Engage with your local alumni association or help start one if none exists in your area.
