UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IN OPUS
Want to Stay in Touch?
Updating your information in Kappa Kappa Psi’s OPUS system allows the Fraternity to stay in contact with you. Every initiated member of Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma has their own profile in the OPUS membership portal. Since this profile is your personal record of Fraternity/Sorority involvement, it should not be shared with other members.
The basic member profile includes the following components: contact information, membership information (current and past), and initiation dates and chapter member number. Many of you may notice that not every year of your membership is listed in your past records. This is due to limitations of the legacy database used from 1997-2012, which only tracked current membership status and initiation dates. OPUS now tracks membership on an annual basis, but it started with the information from the legacy system. Over time, membership records in OPUS will be updated based on the paper Chapter Personnel Reports and Officer Updates submitted by chapters.
Updating your information in Kappa Kappa Psi’s OPUS system allows the Fraternity to stay in contact with you. If the Fraternity’s National Headquarters has a valid email address on file for you, you should have already received your OPUS credentials. Please visit https://opus.kkytbs.org/ and use your email address to log into the OPUS system. If you have not created a password (or cannot remember it), you can use the 'Forgot your password' link on the website to generate a new one.
